WARRANTY
  • Korio Auto Parts Limited Warranty: Korio Auto Parts provides 1 year (12 months) of material and/or structure/or compressor as well as  spare parts (Lock, Gas Strut, Hinge,Bolts) from the date of purchase. Products (including parts) found by Korio Auto Parts to be defective or faults arised within the warranty period are to be returned to Korio Auto Parts. Korio Auto Parts will not be held resposible for expenses to or from the premises. Products repaired or altered by parties outside Korio Auto Parts are not covered by this warranty.

  • If the products are deemed to be faulty or defective due to defective workmanship or materials Korio Auto Parts at their discretion will either: 1. Repair the product using new or re-furbished parts of an equivalent standard, 2. Exchange the product with a product of similar condition, performance and reliability of the original or 3. Refund the purchase price of the product. Where the product was sold as a package or as part of a kit – Korio Auto Parts will only fulfill its warranty obligation on the defective product only.

  • The warranty period only starts from the date of purchase, and it will not restart after we send you a replacement product.
RETURN & REFUNDS
  • We offer a 30-day return period for each product (unless stated) starting the day you receive it. 
  • Merchandise that is discovered to be defective will be replaced. You may also return defective merchandise for a refund.
