Norleans China "Rose Bower" 4 Soup Bowls 7 1/2".  This pattern is discontinued.  Meito China is responsible for Norleans china Made in Japan. Norleans was made as one of the patterns aside from Meito's four major lines which includes Orleans, Windsor, Empire and Asama. When Meito conceptualize this pattern it was thinking of how to meet the traditions of the East and the West.
