to see if you require
a PRV > pressure reducing valve
before installation
to comply with filter specifications

1/ Turn off water supply
or isolating valve

2/ Run off some water from dispenser
to release pressure in system

3/ Undo white locking nuts
from ends of used filter

water will drain from filter + piping
have a towel + bucket ready

4/ Line up filter
check
flow direction is correct
see side of filter packaging

5/ check tubing ends
as over time ends can degrade
if so simply cut carefully
to present new connection points

6/ Connect water supply end of tubing
firmly push water piping onto tiny protrusion
tighten white locking nut
do not over tighten
7/ Gradually turn water supply on

8/ Purge (flush) fridge water filter system
run water thru filter into a bucket
until water runs clear

9/ Turn off water supply or isolating valve

10/ Repeat > insert + connect tubing
to out end of water filter

11/ Gradually turn water on
run some water to remove any air locks

carefully for water leaks
