Shipping

·  We ship items by Australian Post Domestic Service, no Internation buyers.

·  We only send items to the registered eBay address. 

·  Items will be shipped within 24 hours from the date of payment is received (not include public holiday and weekend)

·  Most Metros are expecting to received the delievery within 2-5 working days. For some areas, please allow up to 10 working days for the item to be delievered. 

Returned policy

We provide 30 days refund for the item sold. Postage and resizing fees are not refundable. Buyer is to pay for return postage. All return must be in its original condition without any alteration to the product. We only accept return for items that are damaged or defect.

Please note about the photo enlargement. In order to show all details, we have made photo enlargement. Please read the description carefully about the details and dimension. All of our items has stated the size of stone. We will not accept returns claiming the size is not corresponding to photos.

Please note about the color variation. The color of photos may vary from different monitor. We also try our best to show the material in a colour that is as close as possible to the original, all our photos are made using light that is as close to natural as possible and avoid color variation. Therefore, we will not accept returns based on colour variation of your gem from the display on your particular monitor or particular photo.
