To brew for kombucha: Use 2 TBSP tea per one gallon of kombucha, steep for a minimum of 10 minutes in about 2 cups of hot water. Then, dilute with cool water until it reaches room temperature before pitching your kombucha culture. To enjoy as a cup of tea: steep 1 tsp of tea in boiling hot water for 3-5 minutes. Add milk and sugar if desired.
