The payload bay material was removed after the STS-29 Mission. Can't say how many missions it was on before but it was on that mission. Framed in an 8x8 frame with a picture of Space Shuttle Discovery's payload bay while the TDRS Satellite is being deployed. There is also a 1 inch crew patch pin.
