I will gladly refund the cost of an item (+ postage) if your product is faulty or broken upon arrival. You don't need to post it back to me, just send me a photograph of what the issue is and I’ll organise a replacement or refund - whichever you’d prefer.
If you change your mind about an item you have purchased (no longer wanted, an unwanted gift or you bought the incorrect item), I’ll refund this too - as long as the item is returned to me unopened and undamaged. You'll need to post the item back to me at your own cost and once I receive it I will happily refund the cost of the item to you (minus the postage cost).
