A rare and unusual film strip projector, I would guess dating from the 1930s - British made by Metalair Limited in Wokingham incorporating Patrick Adie Ltd, it is called the Adiescope Film Strip Projector and I think the Model is MKIII.

It's extremely heavy, there must be some serious workings built into the base.  Solid metal body and the front attachment rotates (see pictures).

Sold as a restoration / conversion product or for spares / repair.

IMPORTANT : Not tested at all.  Has power lead with it, but no bulb and NO LENS.  Looks like it would have had an attachment on the front for the actual film strips, which is not present.  Comes in wooden case which is very marked and scruffy.  Please see pictures.
