Warranty claims are subject to the discretion of the original product manufacturer. We are not responsible for any consequential damages or expense required to replace or repair the product.
If an item arrives damaged, save the shipping carton and notify us immediately. Please do not return damaged or broken items to us unless we issued an RMA. This is necessary to keep your right to file a claim with the carrier within 7 days of the delivery date.
Unwanted and buyer's remorse items will also be charged the original shipping cost of the item. Orders returned with no RMA number will not be processed. Please allow 2-4 business days for your return to be processed.
