Returns: Contact us for a RMA before returning an item. If you intend on returning the item, you must notify us within THREE days of receiving it for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and actually ship it back within 14 days after receiving it. Returns are accepted only if the item is in identical condition, including packaging, as when originally shipped. Return shipping must be by the same method as outgoing shipping.
