The Pentax zoom 90 WR. Is a fully automatic weather resistant splash proof compact camera manufactured in 1991

It was also sold as the iQZoom90 WR but this branding is often omitted from the outer body. It is part of the Pentax Espio IQZoom cameras series.

It uses a 38–90 mm f/3.5-3.8 zoom lens made of 8 elements in 7 groups. Autofocus is based on infrared red type system with a focus lock and a spot AF mode. It has a focus range of 0.8 miles to infinity. The shutter speed range is from 1/5-1/400 with a bulb modest 10 min to 1/2 sec. the self timer has a delay of 10 seconds also a 2 shot self timer mode is available.

The film is automatically loaded, advanced & rewound. Mud roll rewind can be done. It is compatible with DX encoded films from 25 to 3200 ISO. Non coded films are set at 25 ISO. It is powered by 2 x CR123A batteries.

Date models are also available. It is capable of imprinting in various formats such as year/month/day. Day/hour/minute. Month/day/year. And day/month/year

The right side of the camera hold a small remote control. To use it simply slide it upwards and pull out. With this unit you can zoom the lens in 3 steps and fire the shutter.

Comes with original Pentax case plus adjustable strap with non slip shoulder piece.
