Now you can buy refills for your Winsor & Newton Cotman Half-Pan Watercolor Set. Or Add/Swap Out NEW colors to your set. These are new pans of color.
Never opened and never used. They are the half-pan size. Why not try a new/different color. Please note: Some of the latest packaging is in clear pack with the color name printed on the side.

1. Select your Color and quantity and click on the "Add to Cart" button.
2. If buying more items, click on “Continue Shopping”.
3. Select your next Color and quantity and follow Step 1 and 2 above.
4. After you have finished your order, click on “PAY NOW”
5. Your Combined Shipping Discount should automatically calculate for your order. If you are ordering items from my other listings and your Combined Shipping is not correct, request a "Total from Seller" on the Payment Page and I will correct and send you an updated invoice to pay.
You can also use this process to order from my different listings. Just wait until you have finished ordering before you do steps 4 and 5.
PLEASE REMEMBER: YOUR ENTIRE ORDER MUST BE PAID ON ONE INVOICE TO RECEIVE YOUR FLAT RATE SHIPPING DISCOUNT.
All Orders received and paid for by NOON (Centeral Time) will be shipped the same day (except for Weekends and Major Holidays).
All Orders will be shipped by USPS with Tracking Numbers at no additional charge.
I will notify you when your order will be shipped and send you a confirming email with shipping info, including Tracking Numbers after your order has shipped.
All pans will be carefully wrapped in bubble wrap to prevent damage in shipping.
