Shipping Info
- All shipments include tracking information that will be emailed to you when the shipping label is printed.
- All cases sold are double boxed for privacy and to prevent damage.
- All cases are FACTORY SEALED and are not opened prior to shipping. Mattel no longer uses a special tape to seal.
- Packages are shipped Monday through Saturday. Even Grana Toys is limited to the postal schedule of Holidays and Sundays.
Domestic Shipping
- We prefer to ship via USPS, but do offer FedEx services. Please message, email, or call us to arrange any shipping methods you may need that differ from your choices. We will be happy to discuss and accommodate you.
- Case shipping prices are determined by weight and zip code.
- Please add all of the items you would like to purchase to the eBay cart and then Commit to Buy and request an invoice. We do combine shipping and will use USPS Flat Rate boxes when possible to save you shipping costs.
International Shipping
- International shipping is based on actual weight and a handling and packaging charge.
- Any packages over 4 pounds must ship via USPS Priority Mail
- USPS International First Class Mail - delivery times are 6-10 weeks, depending on your location.
- USPS International Priority Mail delivery times are generally 6-14 business days.
- Some countries may have import/custom or duty fees (taxes) charged by your government. These fees are not included in your purchase.
- Please check with your countries custom office before you purchase so you can determine if there will be any additional charges when you receive your items.

Terms of Sale
- All items sold are brand new in factory sealed packaging unless otherwise noted in the auction title or the description.
- Generally, we sell basic Hot Wheels on International Cards. Occasionally, we do sell cars on a US card. If you need a specific card, please message us before purchasing. We will not accept returns or issue refunds based on the card back.
- We do not inspect each and every car for straight/crooked tampos, low or high tampos, or any other variation concerning tampos.
- Items may show some signs of shelf wear, which may include light creases, soft corners, and dents on bubbles.
- Every item shipped out are in nearly perfect condition, but packaging may shift in transit and cause imperfections.
- Please refer to our feedback regarding item condition. 99.9% of all shipments arrive in perfect condition, but we cannot guarantee each item will be perfect.
- We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for defective, incorrect, or damaged merchandise. If an item is returned for any other reason, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and will be charged a 20% restocking fee. In this case, shipping charges will not be refunded.
- Please contact us to receive an RMA number before returning any merchandise.
- We do not accept any items that have been opened or the factory seal has been broken.
- If we have the same item in stock we will replace, otherwise a refund will be issued.
- Please be prepared to submit pictures when requested and do not throw away the packaging as it will be used to return the product.
- Our eBay account is set to automatically leave positive feedback for the transaction once we receive positive feedback. Please contact us before leaving any feedback other than positive. We will do everything in our power to make the transaction acceptable by both parties.
- Any item shipped to an Oklahoma address will be charged 8.5% for sales tax.
