Our products ship from warehouses around the country in VIC, NSW, QLD and SA. We ship directly from our suppliers, through 3PL partners and from our own locations depending on the product and the closest location to your shipping address that we have stock on hand to minimise shipping times wherever possible.
Many of our items ship Fast and Free and nationwide but please check the listing for shipping costs and shipping exclusions particularly for large or heavy items as some exclusions do apply.

95% of orders ship next business day after receipt of cleared payment for orders received before 5pm however some products require a longer handling time and this will be reflected in the estimated delivery dates. Most orders are delivered within 4 to 8 business days after dispatch depending on your location however please note that unless the item is marked as 'guaranteed delivery' estimated delivery dates are estimates only. Remote areas may require longer delivery time and delivery times may extend during busy seasonal period. If you are concerned please use your tracking number to check the whereabouts of your order before contacting customer support.
We regret that our warehouses are not accessible to the public, so we do not offer a pick-up option on any items.
Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, Parcel Collect addresses or to ℅ the post office addresses unless otherwise indicated in the listing and a signature is required to take delivery of most items. If you are not home when the carrier attempts delivery your order or they cannot gain access (gated complex, locked gate, loose dog etc) your parcel will be taken either to your local post office or to your nearest parcel collect agent. In some areas carriers still leave a calling card however this is being phased out by Australia Post and most carriers. You can use your tracking number in your ebay account or on the carriers website to see the status of your delivery and find exactly where to collect your item or to arrange re-delivery where available. Please use your tracking number before reaching out to customer service if you have a query relating to delivery.
IMPORTANT NOTE: We only ship to the address provided at the eBay checkout, we are unable to accept requests sent by eBay message after checkout to change the delivery address or delivery name. If you have made a mistake regarding your delivery at the checkout you will need to make arrangements to collect the item from the address you provided.
Our shipping fees include postage and handling costs and tracking numbers are uploaded to ebay automatically usually within 48 hours of despatch.
Postage and handling fees are calculated based on the weight and size of each product, we regret that combined postage or postage discounts are therefore not available.
Some items or orders may be despatched in more than one carton and may not be delivered at the same time - please check your shipping label and tracking information before contacting customer support to ensure that you have received all the boxes.
