French vintage faience de Digoin Sarreguemines Mustard pot Four Gras Antique. Condition is Used.

We are happy to be able to offer for your consideration a set of three French condiment containers. The first is a mustard container that is in excellent vintage condition complete with a wooden spoon it stands 3 1/2 inches tall by two and three-quarter inches in diameter it has a lovely motif of flowers and birds and has Seagrams Dijon France printed on the bottom. This mustard pot comes with its own wooden spoon.

The second is a pate serving dish that was part of a promotional by the company that made the pate also called in French FOIE GRAS or goose liver. This particular flavor was truffle. It stands 3 1/4 inches tall by 3 1/4 inches in diameter and is in very good vintage condition with just a few small flea bites on the rim.

The third container is for cooking pate before it is served and also for serving. It it is 5 inches long 3 1/2 inches tall and 3 1/2 inches in diameter. It is in very good antique condition. It is the oldest of the three pieces and has three small flea bites on the underside of the lid that are not visible when it’s displayed it also has crazing that is commensurate with its age.

All three pieces together and make a lovely set of the French history and cuisine.
