Condition:  Fresh, OG, NH imperf vertical pair of 2 stamps as shown...a rare find...

This will come with my 'cert' showing the intact block of 32 from which this is the LEFT PAIR  of 2 stamps FROM THE 5TH ROW as shown by highlighting on my 'cert'...

Also shown is the original PF cert for the block of 97 from which this multiple was taken from...there is a more recent PF cert (viewable on the PF search feature on their website) for a block of 36 which does not accompany this item...the original cert will accompany the plate block which will be offered as a separate lot...a rare find indeed...
