These are 3D printed display shelves, perfect for mounting your records on a wall to make a display. Please read this carefully before ordering, and refer back to it for instructions when they arrive.

I can do red, orange, yellow, bright green, emerald green, cyan (baby blue), mid blue, deep blue, purple, deep purple, hot pink, baby pink, black, white, grey, dark grey, gold, silver and copper, so just let me know what colour you want when you order. (If you don't tell me, I'll assume you want black, but please let me know if you want a different colour.)

All orders will include screws and rawlplugs to hang them.

The shelves are deep enough to hold a standard double, but probably won't hold a brand new gatefold that doesn't fold flat. (I can make a deeper version if you want that though - they just look a bit ungainly if they stick out too far from the wall, I think.) Give them a few weeks to settle down, or you can use one top and one bottom, as in the photo showing that, and the record will slide in from the side.

FITTING INSTRUCTIONS

To fit a shelf you'll need to drill a hole using a 6mm bit and insert the rawlplug (assuming you're putting them into brick or plasterboard; if you're screwing into wood don't use the rawlplug and just drill a 2 or 3mm pilot hole instead). Screw in the screw until the face is 5mm from the wall or surface. Place the hole in the shelf over the screw and then pull down gently with a hand on each side to slot it on fully. Pull down from the back of the shelf, rather than the front. (Though you'll probably struggle to break them either way, it's better to be careful.) (You'll see a faint circle on the front to help you see where the slot is on the back.) It should be snug and if done right the shelf won't move unless you pull it. If it's not quite snug enough, remove it and adjust the screw slightly. Please only use the screws provided. I've made the slot on the shelf the right size to ensure it fits those screws to keep your records safe.

Once fitted, please make sure your record sleeve is centred on the shelf so it doesn't slide off the side. The shelves are small so as to be unobtrusive, which means the record can't be on all wonky or it'll fall off.
