We ship worldwide via Thai Post (Economy Air Shipping), Small Packet Air Mail or DHL which takes between 14-21 business days to Australia and Other country may take about 21-30 business days.
- Expedite Shipping Service
We use DHL Express or UPS Express. It takes only 3-6 business days (Mondays-Fridays only) to deliver.
***Customers/ Buyers are the importers of the product and is also responsible to pay (if necessary) for the importation/ duty tax of the items. These taxes are not included in the item's price and is normally collected by the delivering company. Please do not mistake it for additional shipping cost because upon shipping out the item, we already paid for the shipping fee.

RETURNS
Product return can be accepted if made within 30 days starting from the date of delivery. Shipping Fee is not refundable. Only the PRODUCT PRICE will be refunded. After 30 days, no returns will be accepted. But the company reserves the right to make exemption/s depending on the reason of return. By these, exemption/s we also reserve the rights to issue a partial refund.
Return Shipping to Thailand is the buyer's responsibility.
