Your book will have hardcovers bound with handprinted patterned paper and lined with a toning plain paper. The pages are white , acid free cartridge which is great for all dry media- pencils, pens etc and light use of watercolour or pen and wash. This paper is 140gsm.

The decorative sewing on the exposed spine uses thick bookbinding thread in a colour chosen to show up against the white pages using a long bookbinding needle.

The cover paper enclosed in this kit is as pictured on the first two photos, not as shown in the kit contents or on the covers of the example of a finished book
