DISPATCH

My aim is to dispatch all orders within 2 days of receiving payment (excluding weekends and bank holidays), with a 3 day cushion.

All orders will be dispatched with Royal Mail 2nd Class parcel postage, unless otherwise specified by the buyer via Ebay messages to send revised invoice, and the additional postage is paid.

This service normally takes 2 days, but in Royal Mail's T&Cs it states 2-4 working days from postal date to delivery.

Delivery dates are estimated and are not guaranteed. Deliveries will be made to the PayPal confirmed address given on the order.

RETURNS If an item is faulty or damaged, please contact me via eBay messages and send me photographic evidence of the damage (at least 2 pics), and I will refund or replace the item (if available), on receipt of the return of the faulty goods. Each item is checked before dispatch for noticeable flaws or damage, and should there be any, they are listed accordingly. As the majority of my items are bought from new, then they should be fine, and so, any return postage is to be covered by the buyer, unless photographic evidence proves otherwise.
