This first day cover is in very good condition for its age with only minor creasing of the bottom right corner of the envelope. The four commemorative stamps (SC 384-387: 20c, $1.00, $1.30 & $5.00) are in very good condition. The envelope is open and contains an insert explaining the special issue.
