Infiniti   makes three kinds of seat gear, the other two styles don’t come with neck and might have splined inner bore instead of smooth one like this one.

The only way to find out if this gear will fit your car is to remove your old gear first and compare your old one with the one we have in this listing. If yours doesn’t look like this one we are selling (ie. Smooth inner bore with a neck piece), then this gear will not work for you as they are not interchangeable.
