At Butchers Sundries it is our policy to ensure that food products (where applicable) have a minimum available shelf life of 4 weeks at the point of sale. All Collagen casing products have a minimum available shelf life of 12 weeks at the point of sale.

Our preferred method of payment is Paypal. This is the safest and easiest way to purchase items on eBay which guarantees both buyer and seller protection. Your personal details are secure with Paypal. As we like to ensure that customer protection is met, we will never ask for your payment details. Please note that we cannot take payment over the phone for any purchases made through eBay.

Postage:

All mainland UK orders are sent out FREE of charge via Royal Mail 48. A Royal Mail tracking number is provided with all orders so that you are always up to date.

Dispatch:

We aim to dispatch our items on the same day for any orders placed before 2.00pm, Monday - Friday. If an order is placed after 2.00pm, the order will be dispatched the following working day. (Excluding bank holidays and weekends).

In some cases, it is appropriate to send the items via a courier service due to the weight/quantity of items ordered. In the event of this, a signature will be required upon delivery.

Returns:

Please note that delivery is FREE to our customers. In the event that orders are returned to us under any of the following reasons, we will refund the purchase and deduct the appropriate postage amount from the transaction.

Incorrect item ordered
The customer has changed their mind
Incorrect address details provided by the customer
The item has not been called for when a calling card has been left at the premises

Return authorisation must be requested through eBay within 14 days of receiving the item. This is so that we can accept the returned goods to our warehouse and to refund you for the appropriate amount. Please include your eBay order number within your parcel if possible.

For any food items, please note that if these are requested for a return, these must be in the original packaging and unopened before we can authorise a return. All returns are at buyers cost.
