This is 'The Wine And Food Society's Guide To Meat' recipe book in hard back by Ambrose Heath.

Inside there is a wealth of information on choosing, cooking and carving all types of meat.

It also has many recipe's and each type of meat has it's own recipe section. 

There are also illustrations and photo's throughout the book. 

A section on seasonal meat and vegetables and choosing the correct wine is at the back of the book. All measurements and quantities are given in both English and American units.

 This truly is a fantastic book for food lovers.

This book is mostly in excellent condition for its age and use, internal pages are near perfect except for the contents page which has a small tear (about 2 cm long) to the top left of the page.

The outer cover's plastic dust jacket has seen better days though and is torn in two places on the front and has a large tear on the back, and there is also some light fading to the spine (please see photos).
