Long tail parrot chained to perched. Brass, possibly Bronze

the parrots is in 3D with a faceted crystal body, brass head, enamel painted eyes, brass tail and brass perch

There is a  steel chain attached to parrots leg.  The perch is mounted on a faceted crystal dome base

Early 1960’s / 70’s - yellow color brass or bronze ?
