We do keep a number of panels in stock for immediate
collection, if required.
Alternatively, we can deliver all over the UK, using
our own vehicles and drivers, who offer support and advise on delivery. If you
would like a quote for delivery, please provide us with a postcode.

Please Note: Our panels have not been structurally
tested; therefore, they do not meet building regulations, as we do not have the
data to show. For this reason, we tend to stick with outside structures under
permitted development, for example: Garden Studios, Garden Rooms, Garden
Offices, etc.
Our Custom-Made SIPs Kits
We do also supply custom-made kits, which consist of
floor, walls and roof SIP panels cut to size, along with all the associated
jointing splines and timbers. This would come with assembly instructions on collection/delivery.
With this option, we initially ask for you to send us
a rough pencil sketch showing the following details:

Overall, Height (Standard 2.5m to be under permitted
development)
Opening Sizes and Positions
Whether you would like a small front roof overhang
We would then produce a bespoke 3D design for you to
look over, and once happy, we would provide a full quotation showing the kit
price along with a breakdown of all the optional extras we supply.

Extra Information
The 97mm thickness panels consist of 2 no. 11mm OSB3
sheets, adhered to 75mm of High-Performance EPS. (Approx. U values are 0.30w/m²k)
The 122mm thickness panels consist of 2 no. 11mm OSB3
sheets, adhered to 100mm of High-Performance EPS. (Approx. U values are 0.22w/m²k)
We use High Performance EPS, as it gives a better
thermal performance as opposed to standard EPS. Most competitors build down to
a price, but we believe that you should build to a quality.
The maximum
span for the 97mm thickness panels is 3.66m. The maximum span for the 122mm
thickness panels is 4.88m.
The
roof/floor panels can be joined end-on-end for spans over 2.44m and up to
4.88m.
The
floor/roof SIP panels are rebated to a depth of 100mm on the sides and 50mm on the
ends. This is so they can then be fitted with 2 x timbers and a jointing spline
between each join, as this offers better structural stability.
(Currently,
no one else in the industry produces panels like this).
If you are
cutting the panels on site, you will have to rebate them again. The panels can
easily be rebated with a simple hand saw or a hot wire rebating tool.
SIP Panels can be used for walls, floors, and roofs,
thus forming a fully insulated “box” – What a great space to have an office,
playroom, gym, bar, hobby room, etc!

About SIP Panels
Structurally Insulated Panels (SIPs) were developed
originally in the USA in the 1960’s, but like many things, they have been much
improved in the UK. There are many different types of SIPs, some having timber
studs as part of the panel, but true SIPs are made of
continuous thermal insulation, thus eliminating ‘cold bridging’.
SIP
panels give you the freedom to
create something to your specific shape, size, and design. They are easy
to manoeuvre, two people can easily lift them in position, this coupled with
the speed of build, a garden studio shell can easily be built in just ONE day.

Payments
A 40% deposit is required to place an order, the
remaining 60% is then due on the day of collection/delivery.
All Our Prices Are Inclusive of VAT.
(Be careful when looking at other suppliers, they may
seem cheaper, but VAT will be added when they invoice you.)

We are a small, Lincolnshire based business, that
will manufacture your SIP Panels to your exact standards, allowing you to
assemble your project quickly and easily.
SimplySIPs
was ‘born’ when our director was working from home and realised that his third
bedroom just was not big enough. He then did a google search to find out what
the alternative was and was HORRIFIED at what some Garden Studios cost! He was
not in a position to spend in excess of £25,000 on a (albeit great looking)
studio, it was cheaper to build a house!
