RETURN POLICY:

Returns will be accepted within 30 business days of receipt of item.

Returned items must be in original, unused, unaltered, and resalable condition. Refunds will be issued for items that are returned undamaged, unaltered, and in resalable condition. If the item is returned to us and is found to be altered or damaged, a refund WILL NOT be issued and the buyer will be reported to eBay for misuse of the return policy. We DO NOT issue replacements. We will not replace items that are returned to us damaged.

Shipping information: Regular shipments are Monday through Friday (except holidays - we would ship next available business day).

Shipping and Handling Charges: Please note that we do not charge anything for handling and when you receive your package postage paid to USPS is printed on our labels and it will match to a penny what you have paid to us

International buyers
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Damaged Item, Wrong Item Issues
If you received a damaged or broken item, please email us immediately so that we can help you to get a new item at once. Customers are required to send a email with the nature of the problem, and we will contact you within 24-48 hours. If you can please send a digital picture of the item.
Lost / Damaged in transit items: Please allow 14 business days for carriers to process the claim. We will only reship when we have received confirmation of approval from carrier.
If the customer finds that the item is an incorrect item and/or some of the parts are missing, please contact us immediately. We will be responsible for the return shipping and reshipping fee if we made the mistake.
If the customer made a mistake and would like to return item - customer is responsible for return shipping charges and original shipping charges. We will return original price paid minus shipping after receipt of our item - no questions asked. Please include your receipt with our item and retain your tracking number. Item has to be in new never used condition - or condition purchased.
Customers MUST contact us within 14 days after the date of package arrival via email for all claims of shipment damage, defects, missing parts. No claims will be accepted after 14 days
