OLD TEXTILE SPOOL FROM A WEAVING MILL 

This is a nice old a original textile spool.

It is made of wood with metal bands.

It is marked Vermont with a date and has orange paint on one end.

It is one of those pieces that could be used by a clever crafter to repurpose into some other interesting and decorative item.

It measures 9-1/2" tall X  4" diameter.

A nice old original authentic industrial piece to add to your collection or decor.
