I am not sure if this is Tokyo or Korea. The collection I have gives me clues towards a 50/50 chance of either.... and slightly possibly a third location. If I had to gamble, I would guess Tokyo based on circumstantial evidence (progression of pictures and develop dates), but looking at the picture I would have to bet on Korea. It just screams Korea.. Gangam Style and everything.
