Shipping Information

Please allow 24hrs to ship the item after funds cleared in to our bank/PayPal account. However, in some instances it may take more than 24hrs to ship the item if this is the case we will communicate to the buyer when there is a delay in shipping the item. We use network of Courier services to ship our beer boxes. We will use whichever transport provider offers the best price and delivery times. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or times, but will keep you informed of the status of your order. Due to the nature of the products we sell all orders must be received by an adult (18 years or older).
Insurance is not included in the shipping. If you would like to add insurance to the delivery, please let us know via check out page or send us an email immediately after you purchase the item so we can confirm the price for insurance.

Shipping Exclusions

In some instances we may not be able to ship to your location due to alcohol restrictions or transport constraints. Please contact us via ebay me page so that we will check with our courier company whether we can deliver or not.  In an event where we are unable to fulfil your order, we will promptly notify you and provide a full refund. Customs fee not included in the shipping charges when we ship to International buyers.

Returns

Returns are accepted if you receive a different item than what was described. If you receive an incorrect item you are to notify us immediately. We will then give you our return address. You are to return the incorrect item to our return address ASAP. Once we have received the returned item from you we will contact you regarding the issue. It will then be up to you to decide whether you would like us to post out the correct item or just refund you in full. We may approve a return in other circumstances at our own discretion.

IMPORTANT: BUYER is responsible for checking the parcel on arrival in front of the mailman. If the bottle/s is damaged upon arrival, please refuse the parcel and a refund will be sent to buyer (ex postage to buyer) after the damaged parcel has been received. However if buyer wishes for a replacement, it will be sent out after the original damaged parcel has been received with its contents still inside. Please also take photographic evidence if this does occur and message us via ebay promptly. Returns not accepted from International buyers.
