this set DOES NOT INCLUDE TIRES. These are 3D printed plastic wheels, designed to replace the silver 5 spoke civilian wheels with a more accurate police wheel. These wheels come
ALL BLACK, but painting of the center cap is easy and adds great detail. These wheels are sand-able, and paintable if you wish to achieve a smoother wheel face/flat black color. These are a direct replacement for the original wheels; no modifications are required for use (minor clean up/trimming of excess plastic from printing process may be required). Simply remove the old wheel, transfer the tire to the new wheel, and install the new wheel. Combined shipping is always offered when applicable. I will adjust shipping charges manually if it is not automatically adjusted after the items have been shipped. Due to their size, different shipping services are utilized depending on the quantity purchased. I will always adjust shipping pricing down as needed.
