RETURNS/REFUNDS/DAMAGE


All our items are checked to ensure there is no damage before dispatch by the factory and being made to a high standards yet some damage can occur unknowingly when packing for shipping or by courier while in transit. Please ensure all items are checked upon delivery to ensure no damage is caused in transit and if damaged upon arrival please ask for the driver to return to us.


In other situations please notify us as soon as possible about the damaged item, providing pictures in the first instance with details of what damage is and where.


Any contact about damaged items once the delivery has been signed for we can offer a replacement depending on the damage, a partial refund or full refund once item is returned. In the event of you wanting to return the item for any other reason (example: don't like colour, doesn't fit) you would have to pay the cost of returning the item to us, once received we will give you the refund minus p&p charges we have paid for delivery and collection.
