File will only work if you have Microsoft Excel 2007 or later. This is not a physical product. The template will be emailed to the email provided on your eBay/PayPal profile, if we are unable to locate an email address, we shall try contacting you or otherwise provide you with a full refund. This template is a download file, hence, no returns.
