ITALKO 5: 1 ACRYLIC FILLER
Strongly filling acrylic primer, which, thanks to its high spray viscosity, allows the application of very thick layers to various types of scratches and irregularities on all surfaces, also on galvanized steel.

Its efficiency allows it to be used in all paint systems. Easy to use, ensures good flow and thorough coverage of the primed surface, has anti-corrosive properties. Quickly hardens and grinds perfectly.

Pass:

Filling uneven surfaces and thick scratches created after the treatment of polyester putty. Used as an insulator between polyester putties and acrylic varnishes.

Mixing ratio:

Primer   : 5
Hardener: 1

The time of use from mixing with the hardener is:

1 hour At 20 ° C

Directions for use:

Clean and degrease the surfaces.
Mix the primer and hardener well.
After obtaining the appropriate viscosity, apply a layer with a spray gun.
Allow 5-10 minutes flash off between application of subsequent coats. The number and thickness of the layers depends on the desired effect.

50-60 (micrometer symbol) for each layer
