Orders paid through e-cheques will be sent for processing to our manufacturing team only once the funds are cleared into our bank.
RETURN POLICY
If you are not highly delighted and change your mind afterwards we will gladly accept the item back and refund you the item cost, but we will not pay for the return postage, you will have to pay to send it back.
RETURN THE ITEM WITHIN 7 DAYS
Item must be returned in the original packaging, must not be full of creases and returned to us in the same condition as we sent to you, as we may wish to resell the item.
In case of a damaged/ faulty item (because mistakes do happen or occur) and the fault lies with us, we will certainly refund or offer you an exchange for the product and also refund the return postage.
