- Item must be in new and unworn condition and returned with original packaging, all tags ATTACHED. 

- Worn items and products not in the new condition will not be refunded. 

- Items not in original packaging, broken/missing packaging or with no original tags attached may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

- Please do not apply shipping labels or packaging tape directly to the shoebox. This reduces product resale value and as a result reboxing fee can be deducted from your refund amount.
