Return & Refund Policy
FALSE CLAIMS of "Not as Described" will be reported to eBay and disputed. We are not responsible for buyers that don't read the listing properly.
We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, please contact us through eBay message. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for paying shipping cost to return the item. Unless problem is on our end, we will send you return shipping label.
Returned items in a condition other than the condition shipped may be assessed up to a 20% restocking fee. Damaged or unsellable items may receive no refund.
Opened consume items are unreturnable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Order cancellation
If you would like to cancel an order, it must be done before the package is shipped. Once it is shipped out please refer to returns.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
