Unwanted items

If you decide you no longer require the item you have ordered, our unwanted returns policy lasts 14 calendar days from date of dispatch. You must notify us of your wish to return the item within this time frame, if 14 days have elapsed since your delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund for unwanted goods but can offer a credit or alternative product. To be eligible for an unwanted return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be complete in the original packaging.

Exchanges for faulty items

If your item becomes faulty and is still within Warranty then we will replace your item quickly for you. Your Warranty covers technical faults that may develop with the item, general wear and tear is not covered. If you need to exchange your item, please send a message via eBay. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase such as an order number. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, your returns address will be provided dependant on the item purchased. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.

Bundle Items

If you decide to return part of an order which was purchased within a discounted bundle then the value of the refund will reflect the cost of the retained goods as if purchased at full price. Shipping You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
