This is a vintage used item, in good used condition, with some signs of wear/age; there is rubbing/scuffing to surface of brochure, light edgewear and visible associated corner distress. Overall paper quality is good, smooth/glossy, with excellent preservation of two-tone color illustrations and bold print, little wear/tanning. There are no excessive nicks, chips, rips, tears, perforations, stains, residue or repairs.

The brochure measures approx 9" x 4".
