Popular Electronics is a hobbyist magazine published in 1971 by Ziff-Davis Publishing Co. It had 106 pages of articles, departments, test reports, and ads for everything from correspondence courses to test gear, hi-fi equipment, and TV set kits. It had one of the fist articles on SSB (Single Sideband) for CB Radio. Also a great description of the Op Amp and how it works. And a piece on how to build an electronic combination lock with a million combinations.
