RARE Georgian Sheffield-Plate Footed Entree Dish with Armorial Crest

A beautiful two hundred year old entree dish from the early
19th century Georgian Sheffield plate,
with intricate hand engraved floral designs.
The oblong shaped entree dish features a chased loop 
handle with splendid floral and foliate decoration and a matching
detachable lid. There are four parts total, there is a lid,
a body and a water tank and a detachable handle. 
All four parts have the number 1 stamped into them 
showing that all parts are original to each other.
The entree dish stands on four scroll and foliage cast feet. 
There is an engraved armorial crest of a lion's head on the 
side of the entree lid. Please note you can see the curled edges
of the early Sheffield plate and the deep plug silhouette for the crest.
