Returns/Exchanges - Under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (commonly and previously known as `distance selling regulations`), goods purchased in this Ebay store may be returned within 28 working days following receipt of the item(s), provided that they are returned in the original packaging and in the same condition. Personalised, customised, made-to-order or any other product where an adjustment has been made are excluded and cannot be returned. The customer will be responsible for the return postage costs except in the case of faulty items.

Picking Errors - We accept full responsibility for the wrong goods in the event of a picking error; please follow the returns process and we will correct at speed, including refund of your return postage costs.

Shipping to UK - Your order will be sent using 1st or 2nd class Royal Mail services.

Shipping outside the UK - Your order is sent via the International Tracked & Signed service which is tracked from end to end, requires signature on delivery and includes online delivery confirmation.

Non-Delivery / Loss in the Post - We will replace any item that is lost in the post or offer a full refund. Items sent by Royal Mail are subject to a 15 working days period before the package is considered lost by the Royal Mail. These are conditions imposed on every user of Royal Mail services and outside our control.

Customer Collection - We have no retail premises and therefore collection is not offered.
