Founded in 2011 with a vision to change the online sneaker landscape, then dominated by big brand retail giants, we wanted to give trend setting sneaker enthusiasts across the globe seamless access to every desirable brand name in the high-fashion sneaker retail market, flooding them with choice of brands rather than refining them to a choice of one.

Foot World began as a small 1 woman operation with a small collection of kicks and an intense passion for sneakers. Quickly spotting a hole in the market for niche tastes and exclusive products, our company, based in the UK, began sourcing and satisfying customer requests worldwide, in turn growing our now massive selection of options and never failing to provide a great customer experience. We are renowned for carrying carefully sourced items which are hard to come by, and have evolved into what is now a global retail company, and we’re still growing.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

We can only dispatch items to address provided at check out, billing address can be different to delivery address.

CONFIRMATION OF ORDER

Once your order has been received by us, you will receive a confirmation e-mail, you will later receive another email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

The confirmation e-mail you receive is a confirmation that we have received your order and not a guarantee of stock availability. If we are unable to full fill your order, we will cancel and/or refund any unavailable items and we will do our best to let you know as soon as possible.

SIZES

All sizes are shown in UK sizes, most of our sizes are displayed showing the correct size conversion, where we have not done so please use our size conversion charts or contact us if you still need help via the messaging centre.

DELIVERY TIMES

We aim to dispatch your item on the same working day if the order is placed by 2.30pm GMT

UK:

Royal Mail tracked 48 - FREE service (2-3 working days), Royal mail tracked 24 (1-2 working days). The charge for delivery is per item, however with multiple items being purchased, a shipping discount will be provided at checkout. For SMS updates please include a mobile number at check out.

International:

Royal Mail International signed for or royal mail International Tracked (7-15 working days).

DHL Express or Economy service for EU and Rest of the world.

HOW ARE YOUR ITEMS DELIVERED

To ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible, please make sure you give us a delivery address where someone will be in as all deliveries must be signed for. We will gladly deliver to a family member, neighbour or place of work if it is more convenient for you, but unfortunately we cannot leave a parcel unless there is someone to accept it. Please enter your alternative delivery address when you place your order.

If the courier are unable to deliver, they will leave a card to explain why they were unable to deliver and how to arrange a redelivery or collection.

If for any reason there is a delay dispatching your order, we will contact you to notify you of the delay and provide you with an alternative date for delivery. If you are not happy with the revised date, your order will be cancelled and we will refund your order in full. In no event shall we be liable for any damages or penalty for any delay in delivery.

International: 

All countries may have additional import requirements, with the possibility of import duties being added. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. The import and duty policies vary from country to country and we cannot advise you how much duty will be applied to your order value, please seek advice from your countries relevant governing bodies before placing your order.

Refunds will only be issued for items returned within 30 days of purchase in its original state, unworn with tags attached. In original packaging unworn and unsoiled, please test shoes on a clean surface. Any items received after this period may be considered for an exchange or a credit note reimbursement at the discretion of Foot World Limited.

UK customers - please contact us for a pre-paid label, which will be deducted on any returns. 

EU and Rest of the World customers - We have local addresses for returns, please contact us and we will provide the relevant warehouse for you.
