• Descriptions are as accurate as possible; however, always refer to the provided photos. You will receive the exact item as pictured.
• In the case of use of a stock photo, the condition of the item you receive will be equal to or better than that of the item pictured.

• Payment is expected within three (3) days after placing an order.
• Shipping and handling fees are for the buyer, as well as any possible Customs fees.
• When purchasing multiple items, shipping fees will always be combined.
• When placing a combined order, please wait for a combined invoice before making your payment. If you experience any issues, please scroll down for instructions.

• After payment has been received, items will be shipped within 10 working days.
• Once items have been shipped, the buyer will receive a tracking code through eBay (and PayPal). Please use this code to track your parcel on internationalparceltracking. If you paid for unregistered shipping there will be no tracking available.

• Cash payment (pick-up) at buyer’s own risk

• International money orders, cheques, or credit cards are NOT accepted.

MAKING A COMBINED PURCHASE

• If you are experiencing issues placing a combined order – not being able to “add to cart” - please try the following:
• Use a different eBay site. For example, if you are using ebay.com, try using ebay.nl, ebay.de, ebay.co.uk, or any other.
• Alternatively, use the “buy-it-now” button on each individual item and follow all the steps as provided by eBay. DO NOT check out with PayPal. BoonsArt will then be able to send you a revised invoice, including combined shipping.
• If the above does not work, another possible option is to select “other” or “bank transfer” as type of payment. When using this option, we are unfortunately not able to send a combined eBay invoice, but we can send a combined PayPal invoice instead.
• Keep in mind that many experience problems using the eBay app on phones/tablets. Try placing your order using a laptop or desktop instead.
• Placing an order for each individual item separately, and paying the shipping fee for each of them, is also possible. BoonsArt will refund you for the overpaid shipping. However, please be advised that, due to PayPal policies, we charge a 3% PayPal fee on the refunded amount, as well as a 25 euro cent fee for each transaction.
