THIS ELEGANT BLACK FIT-&-FLARE SLEEVELESS MAXI DRESS BY NO BOUNDARIES is pre-owned, but in excellent condition, with no defects or damage and little sign of
wear. It consists of a close-fitting sleeveless bodice joined to a flaring full-length skirt, with a 2" waistband between them and a drawstring at the waist. Ruching at the waistband creates pleating in the upper skirt. The bodice is floral lace over a black lining, with a 2-button button-and-loop closure at the neckline in back and a 3.5" keyhole
opening below that. The skirt is unlined. The fabric is polyester 95% and spandex 5%, machine wash cold and tumble dry low.
The stated size is PS. Measurements are : chest pit to pit 15.5" - 17.5"; waist 12.5" - 13.5";
hemline 34"; shoulder 9"; length in back neckline to hem: 48".
