Home made on my lathe.

This bushing is for a 2-valve engine.

If you repaired your spark plug thread with a thread repair kit, and it blew the adapter out, this big beefy adapter can fix the thread one more time. This adapter is made with SAE Coarse threads, and will anchor deeper into the head than the metric fine threads.

This bushing will NOT screw all the way thru and fall into the cylinder.

This bushing is made out of a Grade-2 Mild Steel bolt.
This bushing can be used as a last resort option instead of replacing your cylinder head on Ford Modular engines.  Drill and tap your spark plug hole to 3/4-10, and use your spark plug to screw in this adapter. Use jb-weld on the external threads of this adapter. Wait 24 hrs for jb-weld to setup, before starting your engine.

External thread is 3/4-10
Internal is 14mm x 1.25 pitch (same as factory spark plug thread)
Overall length is about 7/8".
A sheet of suggestions for installation is included.

NOTE!
If your spark plug hole is blown out bigger than 21/32 (or .660"), check my other auction for an extra-large 7/8" Mega Bushing.
