Cape & hood. PVC on Polyester. Ventilated.

Package is a little beat up from being in my tack trailer. Coat has never been tried on. Coat may have some light fading on edges. Coat has a bell on the back.

Its hard to photograph neon orange apparently! Coat isnt as dark as it seems....its definitely bright, safety orange.
