I was part of the organisation here in Porto, reason why I have access to this item. The Final of the UEFA Champions League 2021 was expected to be in Istanbul and got cancelled 3 weeks before the event because of the current pandemic. UEFA didn't have time to reprint the staff merchandise, so that's why you see Istanbul printed there. Extremely rare item on that regard!
