We offer a 30 day limited Return Policy from the USPS confirmed delivery date.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Due to high mail volumes and other factors, USPS delays in estimated shipping times are possible. Customer must contact U.S. Postal Service for resolution of lost or stolen packages however, seller will provide USPS tracking number at time of sale for all orders. Buyer shall provide full and correct delivery address at time of payment as order will be promptly shipped based on this information.
Buyer will need to provide a photo of the damaged item with packaging as part of the return or refund process for damaged items. Buyers shall inspect the item promptly upon delivery confirmation and notify the seller of any issues or shipping damage within 3 business days of delivery with photographic evidence through eBay messaging.
All returns must be unused, unwashed and undamaged and all packaging, labels and tags must remain intact and be attached with the item for a full refund. Partial refunds or no refund may be given for returned items which are incomplete or damaged from use.
Should the reason for the return be due to an mistake on our part, defective item, we will make it right - at no cost to you and waive the return shipping cost or issue a full refund with no need for return.
