Adults and children over 12 years of age:
One tablet daily or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Tablets may be crushed if required.

For children under 12 years of age:
OsteVit-D Children’s Oral Drops are recommended.

Actives:
Contains Vitamin D3 1000IU (cholecalciferol 25 micrograms) per tablet.

Full Ingredients:
Acacia, dl-alpha-tocopherol, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, maize starch, medium chain triglycerides, microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, sucrose.

Contains lactose and sugars.
